Writer and journalist Inga Jēruma has written a biographical book about Rudīte Losāne.
Rudīte Losāne is a women’s prison chaplain, a former evangelist of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latvia, and – since 27 October 2019 – a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latvia Abroad, who now serves in the Cīrava congregation. Rudīte Losāne is also a poet, who has successfully published four poetry collections. For many years Rudīte has led the Latvian Association of Lutheran Women Theologians and has publicly stood up for the ordination of women in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latvia. The book “The Woman Who Changes Destinies”, about the life and ministry of Rudīte Losāne, has been sent to the printer’s.
