On Tuesday, the 4th of June 2013 the Britain’s royal family gathered at Westminster Abbey for a ceremonial service to mark the 60th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.

Apart from the royal family and representatives from the other monarch dynasties, the service was attended by high rank officials and church clergy, representing different denominations of the United Kingdom.

The Lutheran church in the UK was represented by the Rev. Jana Jeruma – Grinberga, who prayed for the Queen’s and the British nation’s grows in the love of God and His peace.

Rev. Jana Jeruma – Grinberga, of Latvian descendant, has been consecrated as the Lutheran church’s first female bishop in the United Kingdom.
