Greetings on 8 March!

8. Mar, 2014

We greet every sister – deaconess, evangelist, pastor and bishop – on the women’s holiday!

We especially greet every woman who selflessly and without title serves in the congregation’s Sunday school, youth group, home group, or beyond the congregation, and brings the gospel to those near and far!

As they went on their way, He came to a village where a woman named Martha welcomed Him into her home. She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet and listened to what He said. But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made; she came to Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me.” But the Lord answered her, saying, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things. But only one thing is needed; Mary has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.” (Luke 10:38-42)
